30-day return window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused, in their original condition and original packaging, with all included accessories.
How to request a return
Contact [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Obtain authorization and return instructions before sending your item. The return address is fynestride, 90 Boulevard Du President Wilson, 06160 Antibes, France.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact us with your order details and a description of the issue. Photos can help us assess the problem. The ordinary unused/original-condition requirements do not prevent a claim for a damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied item. We will arrange an appropriate resolution with you and cover the related return shipping where the issue is our error, damage or a defect.
Return shipping and fees
We cover return shipping for our mistakes, damaged items and defects. For a change of mind, you pay return shipping to the authorized return address in France. There is no restocking fee.
Refunds
Once your refund has been approved, the amount will be automatically returned to the original payment account within 10 days. Contact us if you need assistance with a refund. This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
